TERMS OF SERVICE

📝GENERAL INFORMATION
➜ Be clear in your request! To make the art process easier, please send a folder with references and ideas (Google Drive, Word, PDF, etc.).
➜ To secure your spot, a minimum payment of 50% of the total price is required.
➜ Avoid sending voice messages to maintain clear and organized communication.
➜ The final drawing will be sent via email in a drive folder with the corresponding formats for each service hired (e.g.: VTuber model in PSD, illustrations in PNG).
➜ High-resolution artwork will only be delivered after full payment.
➜ By commissioning a piece, the client agrees to these terms of service.
➜ If there is no response from the client within 7 days after the project starts, the slot will be released to the next client on the waiting list.
➜ Files stored in the cloud (Google Drive) will remain available for up to 2 weeks.
➜ After the client fills out the form and is approved by the artist, contact will be made through the communication channels provided.
➜ The artist reserves the right to decline a project based on its content, theme, or other criteria. All details must be agreed upon with the client before starting the work.
➜ The artist commits to delivering the service in good faith, with originality and high quality according to her abilities.
➜ Communication during the project is essential: ideas, changes, updates, collaboration, and feedback should be shared.
➜ The service prices shown are BASE rates and may vary depending on the complexity of the request.📌RULES
➜ It is essential to clearly state the intended use of the artwork: personal or commercial.
➜ Tracing, editing, or any kind of modification of the original artwork is not allowed.
➜ Credit to the original artist is mandatory whenever the artwork is published.
➜ The artist holds the copyright of the piece, not limited to authorship but also including the right to display the work in portfolios, social media, etc. (unless there is a specific agreement, NDA, or other specifications).
➜ The use of the artwork in AI or NFTs is strictly prohibited.
Using the artwork to promote discrimination or any form of prejudice is forbidden.
➜ The artist has the right to cancel the request in case of disrespectful, offensive, or abusive behavior from the client, or any situation that is uncomfortable for the artist.
➜ If the client fails to maintain communication for an extended period, the project may be canceled.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the project (e.g., personal data, payment details, strategies, etc.), and such information will not be disclosed to any third party without the owner's written permission.
➜ Personal-use illustrations may be used for: profile pictures, gifts, or posts on personal social media.
Not allowed: any commercial or promotional use without authorization.📬HOW TO REQUEST A COMMISSION

➜ Revisions are welcome! Don’t hesitate to request modifications or give constructive feedback.

➜ Payment methods: PayPal and Vgen.
➜ Payment options:
1. 100% upfront
2. 50% before the sketch + 50% after sketch approval
➜ The client will receive links or invoices for payment.
➜ By paying, the client agrees not to request chargebacks and accepts the refund policy.^{REFUND POLICY}
➜ Refunds will not be accepted if the artwork is already finalized.
➜ Refunds are only possible within 2 days of payment, except in specific cases such as: if the client is unable to proceed with the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund may be granted.
➜ If the client cancels the commission after the refund window, the artwork will be delivered in its current stage.⏱️PROCESS
➜ Delivery time ranges from 1 week to 4 months, depending on the project type and queue position.
➜ The countdown begins when your name is marked as "Sketch" on TRELLO.
➜ Urgent deadlines will incur an extra fee (x2). Unreasonable deadlines (e.g., 24h for complex artwork) will not be accepted.
➜ You can track your commission through TRELLO.
➜ Projects under NDA will not be displayed on TRELLO (only the client’s identifier will appear).📊ADDITIONAL FEES

➜ More than 3 changes (lineart after rendering and detailed color edits) may incur extra fees.VTUBER MODEL
➜ Please note the model will only be created if the character design/concept is defined.
➜ I only produce the 2D artwork. If you need a rigger, I can refer professionals.
➜ Send reference materials of how you want the model and its concept (personality, appearance, style, painting, dynamic pose, etc.).
➜ The artist’s job is to help create visual ideas for the character, putting your ideas into practice. Once the appearance is defined, the final PSD file will be delivered in high resolution so the client can move on to the next stage: animation. You will also receive a transparent PNG of the model, showcase, and reference images for the rigger if needed.
➜ Major changes to the PSD after final delivery (e.g., specific separation for a certain animation) will require an additional fee.
➜ Each additional item in the model (such as outfits, hairstyles, toggles, etc.) will be charged separately.
